These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CRM Canvas ("Service"), operated by SlarsonTech LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CRM Canvas is a tool that connects to your HubSpot CRM account via OAuth and uses AI to generate relationship maps, contact dossiers, and stakeholder analysis diagrams from your existing CRM data.
To use CRM Canvas, you must have a valid HubSpot account and authorize read-only access to your CRM data through HubSpot's OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account credentials.
You must not share your access with unauthorized users or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or HubSpot's terms of service.
CRM Canvas requests read-only access to your HubSpot data. We do not create, modify, or delete any records in your HubSpot account. CRM data is fetched on-demand, processed in memory, and discarded after generating your relationship maps and dossiers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
CRM Canvas uses AI (OpenAI API) to analyze your CRM data and generate insights. Your data is sent to OpenAI for processing via their API, which does not use API inputs or outputs for model training. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed for accuracy before use in business decisions.
CRM Canvas offers a Free tier (50 maps per month, 1 HubSpot account) and a Lifetime Pro tier ($99 one-time payment, 500 maps per month, 3 HubSpot accounts). Pricing is subject to change for new customers, but existing Lifetime Pro purchasers retain their terms permanently.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for the Lifetime Pro plan are available within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet your expectations.

The Service, its design, code, and documentation are owned by SlarsonTech LLC. The relationship maps, dossiers, and diagrams generated from your data are yours to use for your business purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlarsonTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your HubSpot account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
